Practical resources
for planning,
evaluating, and
getting work done
Explore approved ZoikoSuite templates and tools for structured
planning, readiness, implementation, governance, adoption and other
supported tasks. Available types and utilities are rendered from the
Resource Utility Registry.

Six approved jobs
Task taxonomy is approved and published. Utility counts are
drawn from the registry, so each currently reads zero rather than a
placeholder number.

The catalog
Search, filter and sort operate over the registry. With no published
records, the controls render disabled rather than returning an
empty result set that looks like a failed query.

Nine fields, every one sourced
This is the card contract a published utility will render against.
Every value below is a marked specimen field, not a product
claim.

The card action describes the utility action first. Marketing CTAs are not mixed into every card
— commercial conversion belongs at detail or result level, where relevance has actually been
established.
A visitor sees whether an asset is public, needs sign-in, or is unavailable before committing to
the action. No surprise gating after a click.
Entitlement states are sourced from the approved plan authority. No tier names are invented.
Eight states, eight public
behaviours
A utility is never silently implied to be current. Each state
determines exactly what the public catalog does.

What a detail page must answer
before you act
Fit and prerequisites come before the action. A visitor should be
able to decide the asset is wrong for them without downloading it.
Intended use
The task this asset supports, and just as importantly the situations it is not built for.
Prerequisites
What you need before starting — inputs, access, roles involved, or prior work.
Owner and currentness
Named owner, version or last-reviewed date, and review cadence.
Access and format
Access state, execution mode, and the file record where a download exists.
Methodology and limitations
For anything that calculates: assumptions, units, boundaries and what the output does not tell you.
Data handling
What happens to anything you enter — where it goes, whether it is retained, and who can see it.
Preview before retrieve, and a
file record behind every
download
A download link without a file record is not publishable. These
fields must exist before the action is enabled.

Where a preview is safe to render, it appears before the download action — so a visitor can judge
fit without retrieving a file they will not use.
A public asset does not become gated at the moment of download. Where sign-in genuinely
applies, that state is shown on the card before the click, and the user returns to the intended
asset afterwards.
Input, validate, calculate, result,
reset
The execution surface for a registered interactive tool. It renders in
a disabled state because no calculation version is currently
approved.

Where your inputs go
Anything that accepts input must declare its data flow before you
use it, not after.
- Formula or logic described in plain terms
- Every assumption stated explicitly
- Units and boundaries defined
- Known limitations published with the tool
- Calculation version shown on every result
- Whether inputs are processed in the browser or
sent to a server - Whether anything is retained, and for how long
- Whether results are stored or shared
- What is included if you export a result
- Saving and reuse only with explicit opt-in
- Benchmark or industry-average figures
- ROI, savings or payback estimates
- Maturity or readiness scores
- Compatibility with a product or version not sourced
from the registry
None has approved evidence behind it.
Published destinations that
exist today
With no utilities in the catalog, the useful thing this page can do is
route you to material that is actually published.
Registry empty
No approved utility records exist. Nothing is substituted — no sample spreadsheets, no placeholder calculators, no representative file names.
Utilities published here support your own planning and decision-making. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit or other regulated professional advice, and no output constitutes a recommendation.
Tell us which
template would
actually save you a
week
The catalog is empty because nothing has cleared review yet, not
because nothing is planned. The fastest way to influence what gets
built is to describe the task you are stuck on — the readiness
assessment you rebuilt from scratch, the governance design you did in
a blank document.
No utility availability, release date, file format, compatibility or entitlement is committed outside
an approved commercial document.
Request a template or tool
No account needed. This routes to the resource owner, not to sales.
We use your information to respond to this request and prioritise the utility backlog. Consent is
never pre-checked. Leave the email blank to send anonymously.
Availability, access, accuracy
and privacy
Direct first sentences, then qualified detail. Every answer is
present in the page source.
Rather than show sample files or placeholder calculators, the catalog stays empty until a governed asset is published with its owner, version, access state and methodology. Nothing is substituted. See the catalog
